By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Acceptance of TermsBy creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using RenovoTrack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.2. Description of ServiceRenovoTrack is an AI-powered renovation budget tracking tool designed to help users manage renovation expenses, scan receipts, categorize costs, and generate reports. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.3. Subscriptions and In-App PurchasesCertain features are available only through a paid subscription ("Premium") on a monthly or yearly basis. We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 3 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.* Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
* Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
* No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.4. User AccountsTo use certain features, you must create an account (via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.5. User Content and AI ScanningYou retain ownership of all data you input or scan into the App. We process and store this data solely to provide the Services. RenovoTrack uses AI (e.g., OpenAI) to extract data from receipts. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy — you are responsible for verifying extracted data before relying on it for financial or tax purposes.6. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:
* Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
* Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
* Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
* Share Premium account access with unauthorized parties7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. RenovoTrack does not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, RenovoTrack and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.9. Third-Party ServicesThe App integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google). Their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.10.
